2. No protected health information

3. Appointments and communications

Requests made through the Site are not confirmed appointments until we confirm them directly. Response times are not guaranteed. By giving us your phone number or email you agree we may contact you about your request. Marketing messages, including automated texts, are sent only with your separate consent, and you can withdraw it at any time (reply STOP, or use the unsubscribe link).

4. Recorded calls

Calls to and from our clinic may be recorded and monitored. See the Call Recording Policy. By continuing a call after hearing the notice, you consent to the recording.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload malware, or attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape the Site in a way that burdens it, or use bots to submit forms;
• submit false, misleading or another person's information; or
• use the Site to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

6. Job applications

Applications are submitted voluntarily and the information must be truthful. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. 7. Intellectual property

14. Governing law and disputes
